Touring - Larger cities along Adventure Cycling southern US route

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does anyone have the route? I am not planning a tour. An online acquaintance from England (Gordy are you here?) is embarking on a round the world tour in early January beginning in Orlando. He will be following more or less the southern tier route. I was going to try to arrange "lifelines" for him in the major cities or small towns if anyone is willing. Not soliciting accomodations or even meetings, just a list of phone numbers of people he could call in case of emergency. Right now I'm just kind of looking for the cities so I can send out an appeal.
Thanks,
Raymond

Click on "details" for each map and it will show the major cities it goes near.

Velonomad,
Thanks. I feel sort of dumb for not finding that myself. That is exactly what I needed.

Raymond
