Has anyone used these tights or can attest to their quailty. Just looking for a nice first layer to go under my top layer. Pretty good price if you ask me, makes me skeptical.

They look good to me, at that price, you can't go wrong.

I just ordered a pair last week when they had free shipping on clothing purchases. I figured I couldn't go wrong for $20 and free shipping.

If you're using them as a baselayer, they're just fine. They're not windproof, so as an outer layer, all they do is filter the breeze on the way through.
