Nice looking Vitus, they have really different paint colorways on their bicycles. Are the tubes Schrader valve with those Fiamme rims drilled out? Or did the rims come manufactured for schrader valves if that is the case. Very good score.

Can't be Schrader valves on Ergal rims, but those valve stems sure do look wide. Nice find. Those High-E hubs were a sensation way back when.

No, no Schrader valves on it.

'K, thanks for straightening me out:o. I guess it is these old eyes and my need for a new prescription for my glasses:innocent: I couldn't ever remember seeing a schrader valve on an Ergal rim but the picture sure fooled me.

they look like schrader valves to me too, but I didn't see how they could be. That's a nice weight weenie build from back in the day.

That's an eclectic component mix. The front derailleur shifting would probably improve dramatically if it was lowered a bit. It looks like there's about 2-3cm clearance betrween it and the large chainring.

The guy that originally owned these sure had odd parts combos.

C&V weight weenie wheelset! Love it! the saddle, though, way too heavy.
