I am 63 years old and started riding about a year ago. I live in the Leavenworth Washington area and have lived here all of my life. In fact, I have never moved. I started riding last April, and rode about 2000 miles last summer. For my daily commuter I ride a Cannondale Quick 5 the 23 miles to work. For group rides and weekend rides I ride a Scott CR1 Team. We have snow on the ground now, so my outside riding has about stopped, although last Saturday I did 20 miles. To keep the blood flowing I have started riding the rollers after I get home from work. That seems to be keeping me away from the candy bars.
