Cyclist 1: I've been doing a lot of core training lately and I have to say, it's really improved my cycling.
Cyclist 2: Is that so, where have you seen the most improvement?
Cyclist 1: Well, mostly in braking.
Cyclist 2: Braking? Why would core training improve that?
Cyclist 1: It's given me abs!
