I'll write to Santa! :D
hohoho, with all the extras (polished finish, graphics etc) an off-the-peg frame (just frame, no fork) costs a mere $5895...
There's a video (http://www.lynskeyperformance.com/store/backroad-traveler.html) on their website too.

what do you think imi nice or what.it has to be pretty light being TI ,would those wheels be on the heavy side i know nothing about disc brakes would there be a weight issue with them.
overall it sure is one sweet looking tourer thanks for posting that link.

experience has shown me a tube set for a touring bike, bearing a significant weight,
can be too thin, flexing with every pedal stroke..
but people judge by different values , and so adding another one to the market
will gain some market segment.

Not sure I would even spring for a bike like that even if I had the money. The geometry sure looks good however, especially the TT and HT lengths.
I like the fact that Lynsky is producing touring specific frames and that tells me that touring is very much a live and well. Seems like not so long ago a person could only choose between a 520, Cannondale or maybe one or two others.
Can't wait to see what Cervelo comes out with.:thumb:
