OK for starters, I am aware of the other post about cadence in climbing.
I went out today with group of really fast XC riders. My biggest problems keeping up was cornering and climbs... I got the leg and knee thing down. are there any really good ways to improve? After a couple really fast turns and ending up on the ground, I was left with confidence gone. As far as climbing goes, I am from southflorida and now I am in a place with some real climbs.
Other than time, any good tips on faster cornering and climbing better?
