Bottle opener integrated into top tube. Totally hip ! :roflmao2:

Well, first off it's a Trek. That's an issue in and of itself. Schrader valves? Really dude? Saddle angle is jacked. Needs a recessed nut/bolt on that front brake. While we're on the topic of that brake, is that thing stamped? Looks awfully thin. Bontrager tires gotta go. If you're not gonna use that cable routing you should lose it. Not a fan of split top tubes. Oh, and it's a Trek.

Built-in bottle openers are rad/10

Edit: Silver cranks/ring on an otherwise murdered bike? Come on dude.

Speaking of jacked saddle angles:

Wow... So, when you're on the roadie, you are fine. If you're riding fixed or getting groceries, you like having your nuts pushed into your stomach. Cool

At least it's not sloping down. For example, I feel more comfortable on an Arione with the nose tilted up a bit.

But I really don't understand the angle on the Schwinn. Da derp.

For the 1 time every lunar cycle that I ride the Schwinn it doesn't matter. Plus, my sit bones are on the flat part of the saddle, more towards the rear. My **** doesn't even touch the nose.

just as an aside, the Turbo on my touring bike feels more comfortable pointed up while the Turbos on my other bikes must be level. Of course, I leveled the saddle before taking a photo.

If you're sitting bolt upright like I do on my Schwinn Speedster, it's more comfortable to have the saddle nose pointing up, especially on a wide cruiser saddle.

At least TT's Speedster's saddle looks reasonable.

That split top tube is a knock-off of the Moorson from way, way back.

Well, first off it's a Trek. That's an issue in and of itself.... Bontrager tires gotta go....

Just curious as to why you auto hate a bicycle due to it being a Trek? Also, Bontrager makes some pretty rad tires. I have R3 and R4's on my road bike and have R3's on my T1. They hold up really well in cornering, are really quick, and resist punctures pretty good for being race tires.

As for the aesthetics of this bike, I enjoy it. I mean the Earl was designed to be a bike polo bike that could also be used to easily commute around the city. Homebrewk seems to have gone a slightly different route with his Earl making it a bit more 'track' bike. Most seem to add full fenders, smaller gear ratio, ect. so I enjoy his take on it.

The all black fits well and if the seat is comfy to him, its comfy to him. I cannot judge someones seat as I adjust mine perfectly for what I enjoy. Not what others tell me I should enjoy.

The only thing I don't like about it is it hasn't made an appearance on one of our local rides yet....

That's a lie, there's many things I don't like about it, but for the sake of still trying to get you to ride with us I'm gonna go ahead and say that's the only thing I don't like.
