Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - sorry to spam, bottom bracket question

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
so I'm putting together a track bike and I'm concerned about the chain line.
frame: all city big block
cranks: niche advanced
hub: phil wood track high flange
cog: miche cog with the cog carrier
i can't figure out how to determine what spindle length i need
the miche cranks say to use 107mm
but the build specks for the all city uses a 110mm with their chosen cranks(All-City 612 Track Crank)
from what i gather from reading online. it is suggested to use the advised length of the cranks, so 107mm
could you guys verify this for me please.
-thank you

You have it right. Go with the 107mm spindle length to match the miche cranks.

The 107mm will do fine.

The BB and crankset of the build spec are irrelevant if you aren't using them.
The only relevant variables are the crankset and BB you are using and the rear hub and cog.
If Miche says use 107, then use 107. However, that doesn't mean you'll have a perfect chainline. Rear hubs and cogs aren't all the same. The Miche crank probably wasn't designed to work perfectly with a Phil hub, so it probably work be perfect.
On the other hand having a few mm of error doesn't make any difference, otherwise these things would be much more standardized. I'm sure that a 110 or 107 mm spindle will be close enough to not make a difference. Its more important to get the right taper (JIS or ISO).

Yeah, I'm going to try to build up the track forum. There doesn't seem to be a great track forum anymore. FixedGearFever is a ghost town. A few mean characters ran newbies off. There is no moderation. People could talk anyway they wanted to any other user. It gets spammed to hel and back. The owner of the site has been unseen for months now. He doesn't even remove the spam that has been reported. It's like he doesn't care.
