Peter White is a regular participant on mailing lists. I believe that he stocks the Nokians in his store.

I'm not connected with his company in any way. I am impressed with his participation on the Icebike and Phred Mailing lists. He also has an excellent reputation as a wheel builder and stocks many harder to find items like SON hubs and TA cranks.
