Don't know about New Zealand, but over here in Australia it has been 2012 for about 2 hours now.

Must be nice, machka. :D We're going to drop 50 degrees between tonight andf Monday, apparently. It was 51F today, and by Monday, the high is supposed to be about 1F.

Day 1 - High today was 34C/93F where we live, and 36C/97F in the town we visited today. Sunshine, light winds.

Thanks. I was away camping with my family. We all are getting old. we didn't even bother to see the new year in. It was nice and warm though.:D

No it's 2012. We just thought that there would be enough other NZers to see the new year in. I thought that being confused was your ground state of being?
