It took a little longer than planned, but we're finally up and running. Thanks to everyone who contributed articles and photographs to get this site project off the ground. We appreciate it all!

Thanks Jon, while compiling for a month it looked like I had SO much material.. When I look at the finished product its just like "wow, that's not much". But hopefully people will be inspired to review their own bikes, or pen some thoughts to share for editions to come.. Thanks again for the kind words.

When clicking the link again, it seems to be down...
I don't mind donating some space and bandwidth from my server; I have 50GB/month, and I rarely use even 10 of it.
The site can't be super huge (under 100mb would be good), so if you like, I can set up an FTP account for you (it will have to be either MBTales.jonbuder.us, or jonbuder,us/mbtales/; if you dont want a subdomain, I can certainly see why).
Let me know, email or PM works.

John:
Thanks so much for the offer- it is individuals like you who give the mountain bike community a good name. We ended up splurging on a pretty nice hosting package so that this doesn't happen again and gained a better domain name in the process. Here's the new address if anyone wants to drop in. Especially since everyone here seems to make such efficiant use of the forums, I can't help but think if ours had audio- we might hear crickets chirping!

lol- yeah that's the magic of photoshop and our ol buddy Verdra H Ciretop's sense of humor at work. Rest assured, Stretch, your eyes are fine, its our jokes causing you pain. But you have to admit, the pic of the bike from Ebay scams (another joke of course) is pretty darn funny. I don't know how that guy comes up with this stuff!

Yeah, I've been hearing from quite a few people that our site isn't cooperating with Firefox. I'm going to discuss this with the web master as soon as possible to try and resolve this. Thanks for the kind words, it's been an absolute pleasure building this site just in coming across such a great group of individuals.
