Except that M24s fire a 7.62x51mm round and the Dragunov fires a 7.62x54MMR round.
The M24 is a bolt action, the Dragunov is semi auto.

They are the same ****, you just don't understand the meaning of "the same ****." Its like a Camaro and a Firebird, basically the same ****. Would it make you feel a bit better if I re-phrased it?
