Well I am giving my frame to my little brother so we can both ride fixed this summer and because the frame suites him better
I have a budget of maximum 300$
I would like something light
Steel or aluminium doesn't mater
I don't need racks or anything related to a commuter but I use my bike to commute
bb English standard threading
Frame size would be between 56 and 58
I hope you can help me find something that would fit my needs

what reputable online shop would carry kilo tt frames (only frame and forks)
And whats wrong with the leader bikes?

Is your budget for frame + fork $300 or just the frame. I don't think the Kilo is your best option if you're building one from the frame up. The kilo is only popular because it's a solid complete, not a remarkable frame. A lot of people on here have recently bought the Leader 722TS which looks like a pretty sweet frame. There have been some nice looking builds with them. You could get a 722TS frame and a chrome track fork for $300 from retro-gression.com

Leader is a great way to go if your maximum price for just the frame is $300

Well my budget is 300 for both but it could be stretched to 350, what about the new 722 and how different is it from the 722ts ?
Wait for the new 722 with the rear wheel cutout to come out.

I'm in a similar boat here. While you can get a 722TS and a fork from Scrod for about $300, this doesn't factor in shipping.

what's everyone's take on the 722's rear dropouts?
if 300 was my max for the Frame AND fork I would buy a leader 722 / FSA headset and s803 or s805 fork
if I was a little taller it'd be that khaki green soma rush for $260 (59cm only)

Another question popped in my head I live in a city with ****ty road where potholes are usal is the carbon fork weaker in term of durability then the steel fork or it's ok for road use?

You'll be fine.
coghouse has the black friday deals up again as a holiday/end of year sale so the 722ts frame and fork are at 199 before shipping, that's quite the deal for 25 more you can get a carbon fork

Holy **** those coghouse deals are good. And shipping is unusually cheap.
I am very, very tempted. If only coghouse wasn't so sketchy.
my frame arrived well packed and with no issues from the coghouse black friday sale (sorry scrod)
