While searching though various forums looking for the best way to get a bike delivered i found Fretbay. For people that don't know it is a website for getting things delivered. You state the details of the delivery and then transporteurs make bids and you choose the best deal. My first experience with the site seems to be good and i have found a good transporteur for a good price , and it saves me a 7 hour train journey to collect a bike!

Anybody here used this site before?

That looks like a great idea but as I understand it's essentially in France am I correct?

I thought it was a worldwide website but i have just checked and it is for European transport.
But also it mentions shipments from France to the USA so could be good for people in the states importing French bikes.
