Yes. I'd add standing 45 second hill sprints, set of 6 with 5 minutes between. Be sure to pedal circles on the seated hill sprints and to pull up on the standing ones. To help judge best hill sprint cadence, time your sprints and see how far up the hill you get with different gearings.
