I'd contact him stat - that won't last here.
I'd go after it if it were either:
a. closer (West Chester is an hour away)
b. my size
I should probably be going for it as a flip, but I hate going out that far...and I'd rather it go to someone here.

I have spoken with this seller about this bike when it was posted about a month ago on Philly CL. It has a pretty big dent in the top tube, 1cm wide/2cm long. I passed. He is asking $300. I would pay about $150. Components are mish mash and pretty well used. You guys need to stay out of Chester County. I own Chester County.

i passed on it too after talking with fender and realizing it was the same dented bike from a bit ago.
