This came on a Vitus bike that I recently bought:
-Campagnolo Strada crankset
-53-42 chainrings (the larger ring has the words "GIOS" etched on the edges)
-170mm length
-144bcd
I've tried to wipe it clean
-it's not in mint condition, definitely ridden...notably rub marks on the back of drive side arm)

Any idea on its value?

you can get it cleaner than that. If cleaned up properly, the chainrings might sell for more than the crank as a whole. Not positive what a panto'd chainring would go for though.

I agree it could be cleaner, but I am more concerned about the squareness of the mounting holes
