I can't help much with the model but figuring out the vintage is relatively easy. Have a look at How Old Is My Bike? (http://www.mytenspeeds.com/My_TenSpeeds_1/FREE_SITE_VINTAGE/VINTAGE_1_Start.htm), paying closest attention to Component Numbers, and you should come very close to the actual year the bike was manufactured.

as I said in the other thread I believe it is a '83ish and maybe a Special or Standard

I can't help you with dating a model, even if she is an older one named Bianchi - there are some things you just have to do for yourself....
