Classic & Vintage - Any Arkansans here?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My sister lives in Bentonville and I visit her once or twice a decade. We go up to Eureka Springs for lunch. There's a decent klunker culture up there.

Not much of a one. I am to my knowledge the only guy who will take an old mountain bike to the trails in Eureka. But there is a group of people who bar hop on older fat tire bikes.

I lived in Fayetteville from December, 2007, to September, 2010. Great riding and good people out there. I'd have stayed if there was any work for me.

Arkansawyer is pretty archiac. It(I believe from some fast research to refresh memory)that it comes from when Arkansas was sometimes spelled "Arkansaw". Saw + yer.
My Grandparents used use the term I think.
I'm near Harrison. I enjoy the hills on a motorcycle but while riding my bikes I miss Chicago. My Paramount still has its 17-13 cogs from up there. I don't ride it very far around here.

Not from there, but used to live in Springdale a million years ago. My in-laws are just across from Blue Eye and I like to ride those roads when we visit over the summer months.
