I have a strange project that I've been working on for a few weeks, but I just found something I want to try.

Does anyone know which Suntour shifter models were made in an indexed, 6-speed, and clamp-on option? If so, can you show me some pictures so that I can figure out which I want to go looking for?

Suntour called it the Accushift (http://velobase.com/ViewShiftSystem.aspx?ID=28186739-7c70-4804-99ec-37c8f8e48704) system (click the link to see full list of DT shifters). They went thru a few revisions, but all were basically compatible. I'm mixing Superbe Pro (Accushift Plus) shifters with a Cyclone 7000 RD (plain Accushift), with AP chain and freewheel and it's as good as SIS. Not sure which DIDN'T come in clamp-on versions.

Sorry, forgot about the clamp on requirement. Looked through my stuff (pictures and that is a lot) but could not find one example of my own. Now that is going to bug me since I believe I had a set somewhere.

There is a guy on fleebay selling clamps that are compatable with index shifters so you just have to find the shifters.

Suntour made a seperate clamp/mount that allowed you to mount these shifters to a bike without braze on's.
