Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Can anyone tell me what this is?
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Also curious if it would be worth anything?
Schwinn String Ray. In mint condition, not restored, maybe $1000?
Yours, maybe $200?
I'm out of my territory with hi-risers, but the chainguard says Warrior Jet and I thought Stingrays had S-shaped downtubes?

Well the bike isn't a Stingray. It doesn't even appear to be Schwinn I'm guessing it is a lesser Stingray copy. This combined with the rough shape says the bike has little value maybe $100 in a good market.
Yep, should have looked closer, didn't even click on the pic first time! I am old and
know it all so I didn't need to look!!!!
Found a Firestone that was close, but no cigar.. Everyone made some thing similar in the
Typical private label brand from the bike boom. Maybe $50. Every tire store, gas station, discount store, etc., was selling their brand of bike during the boom. Hundreds if not thousands of brands out there. The real Schwinn Stingrays and Krates have some pretty good value. Everything else, not much. Might want to try the rat rod or cruiser forum, there is one out there.

Yes, offbrand Musclebike. It might be a fun project for a father/kid team to fix up.
You might be able to ID it further by looking at the Musclebikes in our Picture Database.
