Oh, today I feel pretty good. 23 days ago I had my appendix out. They had to do an incision because it had ruptured. Anyway it's healing pretty good and we had some goo weather today, so I took my bike out and rode for the first time since the beginning of December. I did ten circuits around the schoolyard.

works for me! riding without traffic= no stress, no noise, go as far as able but staying close to home if you have to walk. no downside here.

Thanks - I didn't push it but felt some tugging in my belly afterwards but this morning everything felt great. Cycling is nearly a cure-all.
