I replaced the brake pads on my Superfly 100. Took a bunch of pictures as I was doing it, and added it to our team website as a How-To.

Nice how-to on Avid Elixir R pad replacement.
You forgot to add the spreading-of-the-pistons step. When your pads are worn down...there won't be any room for the new pads. You gotta leave the old pads in, take the wheel off, stick a tool between the pads, and spread them out. Don't put it directly on the piston.
