Chain lube. One drop per side next to the little metal side cap.

Sleeve/bushing...use chain lube. If you feel adventurous you can take them apart to clean and lube or just drip a drop or two into the sides.

Once or twice a year I dismantle mine and pack grease in. It seems to work OK in the wet.
