I am a new rider who is training to ride in the Aids Life Cycle, which is a 545 mile ride over a 7 day period of time. Looking to educate myself with as much information as possible to gain a better understanding what lies ahead of me and to help me become a better rider.

So, with that said, if anyone can point me in the right direction, on this site, to help me educate myself, that would be great.
