Nice to be onboard.
I'm a Saan Francisco native, live in the City and ride there too. I'm 62 with two repaired knees and two stents. Still ride centuries and fondos. Good for the heart, you know! I ride with Western Wheelers on the San Francisco Peninsula (great people and a big and active club).
I am in the midst of retiring and build bikes as my oldguy hobby. I pick up high-end frames on evil-bay and other places and then hang good stuff on them. Problem is I can't bear to part with my creations and my wife is not the happiest of campers.
My rides are a 2010 Colnago CX-1, Ultegra with a 50/34 crank and an 11-32 SRAM Apex cassette, a 2011 Koga Kimera with full SRAM Apex, also compact and 11/32, a 2007 S-Works Roubaix with Apex drive-train, and a Koga Full-carbon monocoque set up as a time trialer, full Ultegra 54/39 and 11/28. Like I said I can't part with my creations.
