I'm after a big hit DH frame with at least 8 inches of travel, but something with the geomentry of the Orange 223, i.e. a very low frame (16" or so) Can anyone suggest a good frame?

My friend is in a similar situation, he is small and wants a DH frame. He said that supposedly the Ironhorse SGS's are smallish, the Orange 222/3's and I think there was some other one he said, it was an expensive brand I think.

Don't the demos have nice clearance? Also, kona dual suspensions are the BOMB. You'll know that your bike is good with kona's tech. Even my bike with the MZ race fork feels AWESOME. Like really, the bikes they make are just nice and man, do they have a nice warranty. For downhill bikes and extreme bikes, its only a 1 year frame defect warranty. But listen to this! For the rest of your lifetime with the bike, if you do break the frame (hah) when you abuse it (always) then you can get their crash replacement. You get the frame for what Kona pays for the frame. No, not what your dealer pays for , but what kona themselves pay for it! For me, it's about 100 bucks, plus shipping (if I, a 120lb kid EVER break it). That's really NOT bad!!
