Ive recently returned to cycling after a two year break and decided on touring. To date, my new Dawes Vantage has only done six miles and after the break and 16years of being a smoker (on day no.3 of being a non-smoker) it was a painful six miles lol. However, I loved every minute of it :)
I'm hoping my first ride in ten years with Bolton Clarion Touring Club this week coming wont kill me and very much looking forward to being healthy again, if not so much young :P
