I went to see a Sun racing bike the other day. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any photo's. One, because I was to busy chatting away with the owner, and two, because I wasn't sure if I really needed 'another' project. It definitely needs a repaint.
All I can really find out is that Sun were badged Worksop after 1963. The frame has chrome lugs, half chrome forks and forged drop outs, the seat stays loop over the top tube. It also appears to have its original Brooks saddle and a Williams cottered crank.
Not a lot to go on without some photo's I know. I've tried lots of googling and can't find anything with the kind of detailing above. One very similar, but no chrome lugs or forks.
Anyone out there have any ideas?
