When these bicycles were made, what tubing was used? Was it Reynolds 531 or Accles and Pollock kromo? Were the dropouts stamped or forged and what was the source of the lugs as history indicates that they were modified before use. Thanks

The sources I've seen all say chrome-moly, without specifying the source. But that should technically rule out 531.

The Paramount was reportedly developed in response to the racing success of CCM's Flyer. The Flyer's specs simply stated "chromol" but CCM was a known user of Accles and Pollock since 1911, so the chromol tubing used on the Flyers, Flytes and delivery bicycles was almost certainly Accles and Pollock. There's a very good chance that, being direct competition to the Flyer, the early Paramounts used the same tubing.
