Long story short.
I messed up my normal commuting wheels, didn't have money to fix them, so I put my aero rims on.
It's been raining a crap load and I now I have a bunch of water sloshing around in there. How do I get this out?

wtf.

Hit the lowest point with a blow dryer?? Or use it to warm the rim up until all the water has evaporated out of them?

If they are clinchers, can you take the tires, tubes and rim strips off and drain them somehow?

remove tire, drain out of valve hole

Don't even have to take the whole rim strip off. Just peel it back to expose one spoke hole and hang up the rim with the exposed spoke hole on the bottom. Tomorrow morning you'll be good-to-go.
