Going to be repainting the bike this winter, but don't know the "best" method to remove the current paint. Here's the details: It's a steel frame. Don't know if the paint is baked on or sprayed on. Most likely baked. There's definitely a couple of clear coats on top of the paint. Any ideas?

I just stripped some parts using an automotive paint stripper called, 'u-fix-it', by Xcel. It comes in a spray can and is labeled 'industrial strength' formula. after allowing the goop to do its magic(10 mins) I wiped down the frame with mineral spirits and most of the finish came off, a second application finished it.
I found it with the spray bombs in the automotive dept at Canadian Tire. Good luck!
If it's powder coat, it's going to be a ***** to take off. Even sand blasting it is going to be difficult.
