It looks like a Schwinn electro-forged frame, but because of the small non-driveside photo it's hard to tell what model. It looks like it may have a single chainring.

Regardless of which E-F model, it'll be straight gauge carbon steel and very heavy (~35-40 pounds) by modern standards.

The seller really should have provided a drive-side photo with close-ups showing the crank and rear derailleur.

About $0. In pristine original condition this bike might be worth $100 or so, but as-is I'd say you're looking at maybe $20 for someone who really loves the old Schwinns.

And unless my eyes deceive me, thats a top bar mounted shifter, making it a very early model. Perhaps a 65? They have value. If the paint is in real good shape, and you could score a collector, I've seen them around the $200 range. Copper or black would go even higher.

I could be mistaken, but it looks like a tie-wrap for the rear brake cable to me.

You are correct, of course. You can even see the shift cable terminating at the stem. The cloverleaf chain rings places it late 60s to early 70s. The paint looks a little rough on the top, and the fenders are completely missing. Seat and bar grips are not original. The light may be Schwinn, but is not correct for the model or era. I'd pass on it. And I'm a real softy when it comes to Schwinns.
