Decided to go a little old school on my Trek Transport by adding whitewall tires. Looks pretty good but I didn't get a chance to ride today due to the crappy weather. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Looking forward to seeing how these handle.....

Whitewalls are abundantly available for the beach cruiser style of balloon tire. But they are extremely hard to find in this size. Although there are solid colors available. Red, Blue, White. But those just didn't look that great. So my LBS managed to track these down. Took some time to find them as they are evidently not always in stock.
Personally, I think it adds just a little to the bike.
It does give it that old school vibe. Are they reflective white walls by any chance?

Frankly, I am not sure. But I rather doubt it. I am sure that I can find something to add to them to get them to be reflective. But I have plenty of lighting from the side added as well for night rides. If you can't see me then you are likely almost blind....LOL
