I have an old Accordo frame that is perhaps a year or two older than that and it isn't anything to brag about. Looks like Centurion upgraded their bottom end significantly around that time.

Is that an 85? 86's had down tube shifters. I think the 84's had claw mounted rear derailleurs & head badges.
