At least - that's the way I read it. Per the BBC :

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) has banned Alberto Contador for two years for doping.

He has been stripped of his 2010 Tour de France victory and, with his suspension running until 5 August, will miss this year's Tour and the Olympics.

The Spaniard, 29, was found guilty of doping after testing positive for clenbuterol during the 2010 Tour.

He has maintained that the failed test was a result of eating contaminated meat.

Andy Schleck of Luxembourg, who finished second to Contador in the 2010 Tour de France, is set to be elevated to champion.

This - at almost the same time that the US courts have dropped their investigation into Armstrong.

I think I've read that Lance was the most tested athlete in history. For him to never test positive with all the scrutiny he was under, all the haters out there, and now the dropping of the investigation, maybe he was at least far cleaner than all these (maybe dumber) riders that get caught and banned. What is the likelihood that Lance was such a genius that he figured out how to dope and never get caught for years and years? I think you're talking about a Nobel prize in biochemistry.

Like Daniel Tosh said, let's just have all the athletes take PEDs because we all want to see these super-humans compete. Who cares what happens to them after their career. I wouldn't mind a sub-8 second 100m sprint next year :thumb:
