Eastern Canada - Is it possible to rent a touring bike in Ontario (preferably Toronto)?

I have two friends coming for a visit from Europe in summer, and they would prefer to rent a bike here, rather than going through the hassle of traveling with their bikes.
Is it even possible to rent bikes suitable for longer distance riding?

Cyclepath (http://www.bikeforums.net/path) at Yonge and Eglinton rents bikes, but they are expensive. $140 /week with a $900 deposit.

You might be better off looking for a good used bike, depending on the length of time the bike is needed.

I have a decent bike for sale (Touring Hybrid - $175), but I live in Montreal.
