Touring - The next one, what is missing from this list?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm contemplating my next build. Purpose would be light/supported touring, rando maybe, gravel for sure. All day comfort and small carrying capacity are required.
Looking at:
VO Rando
Salsa Casseroll
LHT-I have one that is set up for touring. This is more a basis of comparison than anything. I like it. I am thinking something lighter would be nice....

what's missing?
Check out Adventure Cycling's touring bike buyer's guide. I once sat down and came up with about two dozen possible models.
I'm not sure you're going to save a whole lot of weight over your LHT, though. Since you want to ride gravel comfortably, your wheels and tires will end up wide, rugged, and heavy. Same with the fork. You might save a pound on the frame. Most other components can save you a few grams, at $$/gm. I'd be surprised if you saved more than 5-6 pounds for the full bike, including racks, over the LHT.
