Just wanted to make sure the Shimano Tiagra FD4503 9spd Triple derailleur is compatible with the Sugino XD600 46/36/26 crankset.
Also, if availability is limited would the Tiagra 4603 Triple 10spd version work with the XD600 and a 9-speed shimano cassette?

Yes, that is my experience with my 2009 Fuji touring bike. I'm using the original 9-speed Tiagra FD with a Sugino XD600 without problems. Initially, there was a tendency for the chain to not completely release from the middle chainring when downshifting. Some of that was my fault due to shifting under load. Interestingly, it also helped switching from the sunrace chain that came on the bike to a sram chain. Don't know what to say about going with a 10-speed FD.
