Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - You can't get out for the second time unless you get out for the first time....

First time this year anyways. I stopped in the late fall when it looked like Winter was going to hit. It just jabbed. And naturally I'm a bigger fat-a$$ now than I was when I ended. Though I will say when I was riding my bike in the summer and late fall the results were obvious.

OK.... I'm leaving. If you don't hear from me in an hour or so send an ice cream truck out my way with that music playing.

I'm back now. I didn't stay out long, just enough to get the first one out of the way. Got my cold gear out, changed batteries in everything, pumped up the tire, found my water bottle ........ washed it ...... filled it up and then took off. All those prep things I am very poor at and avoid it. Now that I've done it I will go do it again, probably tomorrow night.
