Dare we imagine the South Gate approach without potholes?

I'm daring to imagine.
But I've been sworn to secrecy.

Outstanding! They'll have to fix up the road on both sides though. Which would make it even better.

The stages this year are nice! Stage one climbing Fort Ross road. On the Terrible Two you descend that section after climbing Fort Ross from HW 1 and it sucks. It's tough to remember how steep it is as at that point in the ride I've been so beat up from all the climbs. Stage two descends Jamison Creek, yikes! The Baldy stage hits all the ugly stuff, Glendora Ridge Road, Glendora Mountain and finally the Baldy to the lifts.

I hope it's a windy day. See those pros suffer up Patterson Pass.

I'd missed the route for Stage1 - that looks spectacular.

They're doing a lot of Levi's ride, but skipping King Ridge - the wimps!

How is Fort Ross Road? I might take that bailout on Levi's ride this year.
