Southeast - Late March North Florida Bike tour- Anyone else interested?

Thinking of doing a late March biking tour in north Florida. It would be a moderate paced tour consisting of primarily camping unless the weather turns bad. Attached is a link to
a tour posted by someone else on crazyguyonabike called "Tour de Springs -- North Central Florida". It takes in four State Park campground plus a few private parks. The posted tour is seven days so I may want to cut it back to 4-5 days to allow for travel time to and from. Open to any ideas or suggestions. If you have any interest please let me know.

This past fall I had planned a shorter version of this tour. Well I had planned staying at a couple of the parks mentioned. Other things got in the way and I never did do the ride. The whole touring thing was/is new to me. Found out after a couple of practice over night loaded rides that I don't think I can do the mileage that I had planned. It is one thing to ride 50 or 60 miles a day with an un-loaded bike, quite another to ride it loaded with gear. But I had fun and I still plan on doing a 3 or 4 night tour, but I need to rework my routes a bit.

I have ridden some of the roads on the "tour de springs" route.. If I were to do it I would change it up a bit... Like on the first day when I reached Grandin at the cross roads of county road 315 & state road 100.. I would take the paved Palatka Lake Butler trail from there to Keystone heights. And then take state road 21 up to Golds Head State Park. There is a paved bike path that follows SR21 up to Golds head or you can ride the paved shoulder right on the road. There is a bit of traffic.... but the shoulder is nice and wide...

Did bike Florida the last couple of years but wanted to try something different this year. Bike Florida is still a fall back but would prefer to take the next step and be self proficient and not tied to such a timetable.
