She's selling to a company that will more aggressively market her father's image. She's retaining Graceland and Elvis' personal effects. She got about $20M in stock from the company around $50M cash and had $30M in Graceland debt taken care of in the deal.

(is that the appropriate term?).....a boat load of aussies has just been transfered down here from the 'roadies' forum....anyway, dunno how Lisa marie gets off selling all Elvis's stuff....he was mighty pissed off when I was talking to him the other day at 7-11 :D
