Supposed to hit "reply with quote" button but it isn't working for me. I have tried everything. Can someone tell me exactly what to do? Thanks

Microsoft, Windows Explorer 6 (work; nonupdatable)

IE 6 is the problem. Update to the newest version. IE 6 is obsolete and full of security holes, anyway, and ripe for exploits so you can make a case to your IT People that it's a necessary upgrade. We no longer support IE 6.
Alternatively, you could DL Firefox or Google Chrome. Both function very well with our software, as does Safari and Opera. You can even set up these browsers to run as "live" off of a thumb drive and not install on your work computer.

Yes, I can't upgrade here. But thanks to Tom for pointing this out. It is as I suspected was the cause.
