Got Tandems East's 2012 catlog in the mail today . . .
Sorta nice to sit on our shaded patio and thumb through a real (32 pages!) tandem-stuff catalog!
Got in nice 20 mile ride before it got too breezy/warm . . . only 75 degrees.
Not bad for mid-February.
Pedal on!

Indeed Rudy....it was 77 when we went out for 40 miles at 1:00. Tucson is unbearable this time of the year, eh?? Har!

Got out in the morning around 10. By the time it hit 77 degrees was on the patio perusing the catalog from Tandems East.
Gonna have to get out the sunshine shovel to get to the mailbox tomorrow . . .

You have to rub it in don't you :(
It's 18 degrees here and 6 inches of snow on the ground with another possible 4-6 inches today. I guess I'm still stuck on the indoor trainer.....

We're doing the SIR Winter Training Series this year. We quit after 20 miles on one ride when the snow storm picked up to level that seemed dangerous. One rider reported that he had to finish as a SS since every cog he wan't currently using became covered in ice. Yesterday's 66 mile ride was very nice. It rained all day, but so lightly that we didn't need rain jackets. We evaporated it about as fast as it fell. Beautiful weather in the PNW. No skin damage!
