At the time it was taken the Iron Chef was the heaviest, and I the lightest. Chef and I have reversed roles. Or perhaps "rolls" is a better term.

Paisan: You have helped me a lot with riding. I couldn't have gotten the fit right without your help. Thank you.

looking good chef
Isaac, I can't take credit for getting your fit "right" because we never finished that day but we definately improved upon what you had and got you headed in the right direction as far as fit.
You're always welcome to come out here and ride, just gimme a call when you're ready.

That is a significant difference! You must have started losing well before you went to Weight Watchers. Congratulations!

Gold: I think I did but one thing I didnt do is watch what I ate. Every ride had either donuts, fried food, pizza, ice cream or candy and some rides might have had all of them in there! :)
But since the tail end of Dec, I have changed my eating habits. Not only with WW but doing a deep dive into why I ate the way I did. Maybe call it a reflection.

When I think about it, I bet the weight started coming off in Dec when I started being more mindful of what I ate. I look at a lot of the 2011 pictures and didnt notice too much change. Maybe I am wrong.
Looking good so far, Chef...keep it up!
