I have a Windcheetah recumbent trike which I would like to fit with an electric assist motor
I also have a trice QNT which I have fitted with a bionx motor.
The Wchch cannot be fitted with the usual type of hub motor because of the split rear drive System with the wheel on a stub axle.
Some years ago I heard of a friction drive system which would in theory possibly fit on
The Wchch. An alternative of dual front power hubs would probably be difficult to fit with a braking system and would be very heavy.
Has anyone any ideas or suggestions - apart from just getting fitter!
