Classic & Vintage - Scroll bars on posts?

As of today all the posts have a horizontal and vertical scroll bar (if that's the right word for 'em?). What's the point of this, it makes hard to read as most of the short posts are partially blocked from view?

I checked through settings but could not find any options. I do not see anybody else complaining so maybe it's just me?

If it is just a setting can somebody tell me how to change it.

What web browser are you using and on what operating system: ie. Internet Explorer on Windows, Safari on Mac or iPad, etc. I can probably help. PM me with particulars
First thing to try is simply making the browser window larger by hitting the green + button on a Mac or the maximize button on Windows so the window isn't forcing scroll bars.

What browser are you using and what is your screen resolution?

This happened to me back when I switched to Firefox, but only a couple of weeks later - not right away. I've figured nothing out, couldn't find any settings that were different so I have simply learned to live with it. I sorta miss the old way, tho.

That was it, I just opened the size up a hair and it's fixed. Never seen that happen before. Thanks.

I'm computer stupider than you I'm sure, but I just hold the Ctrl key down and use the scroll wheel on my mouse to make things bigger or smaller. I'm using Windows.

I've experienced the same issues, using a MacBook and a Mac mini desktop, both on Firefox and Safari browsers. Making the browser window larger does show more of the picture, but not always all of it. I think this is a consequence of having a small monitor as well. Many of the images I see, show the right edge of the photo cut off, without even a scroll bar to indicate the image is being cut off. Clicking on an image or opening it up in another application shows the full image. If I want to see the complete image in the browser, I sometimes have to move the browser over to the left so far that the left side of the browser window is off the screen and then open up the window further by pulling on the bottom right edge of the browser window to expend the image. Alternatively, you can press Command-(-) to make everything smaller (which displays the full image, but also makes the type too small) or Command-(+) to enlarge everything--basically the same as what Otis is doing on his PC.

Several people are having this issue, see this (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/751440-Issue-w-viewing-pictures.) thread for more info. Still no solution, but it definitely seems to be an issue with this forum as I don't see the problem with any other forum where pictures are posted. On other forums, pictures are re-sized to fit the screen. It seems to have something to do with table proportions of the post's main body, as signature images are not affected. Again, see the screen shots I posted in the above thread for what I'm talking about.
