Recently bought a early 80s Specialized Allez frame. Pretty sure its 3Rensho-built. Has the lugs, off-set fork crown, Specialized S on the seatstay. I'll plan to add some pictures this evening when I get home.

Main question: Anyone know the seatpost size on these? I tried a couple seatposts I have around. 27.2 was too big. 26.6 seemed a tad small. Guess that limits it to 26.8 or 27.0.

The bike is sleek and light for steel - 1985g with seatpost bolt in a size 56. Can't wait to build it up.

I used to have one of those. Loved it. Don't recall the seatpost size, however. Someone on the local Craigslist has been trying to sell one, but it's way too tall for me or I would have already snagged it.

Had to look. 64 cm is even big for me (6'5"). Crap, you have a ton of bikes FS down there in D/FW.
